Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, weather, traffic, or operational delays. The company will make reasonable efforts to meet expected delivery times.
The customer agrees not to ship dangerous, prohibited, illegal, or fragile goods unless declared and approved. Failure to disclose such contents may lead to legal consequences and shipment refusal.
Our liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value or company's default liability policy. Insurance coverage may be purchased upon request.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details. Tracking status may not reflect real-time movement of shipments.
Shipment bookings may be canceled before dispatch. Refunds are subject to the company’s refund policy and may exclude service or handling fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the country where the shipment is initiated.
